Aadhar is the Unique Identification Authority of India.  Aadhar card offers 12 digit unique identity number to each resident.

Here is the procedure of online submission of Aadhar card with complete guidelines.

Person can apply through camps or can apply through Regional Centre by taking an appointment.

Then on that date when appointment is given person is supposed to visit with the documents.

Procedure to fill the Aadhar card Application Form online

The first two boxes of Pre- Enrolment Id and NPR receipt / TIN number is to be filled by the people who belong to states that believe in National Population Register not by the people who belong to 16 states where Aadhar card is operational.

In the 3rd box person is supposed to fill their full name as in the identity card.

In the 4th box person is supposed to mark the gender.

In the 5th box person must enter the date of birth and also mark it as Declared or Verified.

In the 6th box person must enter his permanent address or the address that they want to register nationally.

In the 7th box details of the family is to be filled.

In the 8th box person is requested if he/she wants to share the information in future.

In the 9th box bank details are required.

In the10th box verification of identity card is there.

In the 11th box details of the head of introducer of the family is to be filled.

Lastly, signature or thumbprint needs to be filled.
